Tomato juice is produced during the processing season, when fruits are of excellent quality and of selected varieties. The initial processing phase is the same as used for paste and puree - excluding the concentration phase. As with puree, ingredients are added to produce the final recipe. The juice is packaged in its final container for consumption in glass or briks/cartons, or aseptically, in case it is reprocessed, according to market demand.
