VACUUM CANDYING MACHINE
It is espressly conceived for the vacuum candying process of pre-candied fruits and vegetables dices having a max of 30 mm ø.
The machines is composed of:
- Horizontal cylindrical tank, for under vacuum processing. Equipped with manholes and product discharge;
- Shaft with rotating coil feed by steam. The coil has a particular shape in order to gently mix product. Adjustable speed;
- Surface condenser with condensate recovery tank and an extraction pump
- Membrane pump for syrup-fruit transfer
