These lines has been studied for fruit processing (apples – cherries – berries – pomegranate etc…) to obtain clear juices by clarification and ultrafiltration processes which are the “status of art” of these technologies.

These clear juices can be single strenght or concentrated by falling film evaporator for product with high quality and organoleptic characteristics.
